This is for all the IT Team members over the last two semesters. 2007-2008 has seen some great people. This is a tribute to all of them. Each one has played a key role.

Love you guys, we have all learnt from this. I perhaps had most to learn, and it was all the more better. I thank you all for that. My whole tenure was filled with good moments and a lot more trying moments. I loved all that. To be very frank, I was not the person i was for the last one year. After yesterday, i feel all the more sober. For a lot reasons.

All the best for all of you J team and I Team and the S Team. Man, i will miss you all!

Ranked the best team

Management Day, 8th March, 2008. The day we were all looking forward to, and did it come with a lot of icing on the cake! We had been eagerly awaiting the awards, one by one they called out the names.

This time he called out 5 teams first, IT Team did not figure there. Then came the prestigious Chancellor's award. Still not there. By this time i was getting the jitters. But Placements had still not figured anywhere. There must be something still.

Then the top awards of the year. The third prize went to CIT. Second prize went to Placements team. Now I was very very very tense. Where was IT Team???

"And the top most award goes to the team that gave SIBM a website that saved it more than 10 lakh, created a precedent in innovative HRD practices and result oriented approach - the Information Technology Team!"

The rest is history, its a legacy we are leaving behind. There were a lot of records we broke over the year. This was history. Nothing short of it. And to have been part of it, I am honored.

IT Team Party - 2007

IT TEAM News Network. Malaka Spice. Pune. 070807.

We started with yummy sea food soup with a generous helping of fish, chicken and spinach soup, followed by grilled chicken, sausages, smoked duck. Salivating already?? Wait!

Main course had mutton, chicken and accompanied by herb rice, and some other varieties.

As for the vegetarians, i have no clue what you guys had and I have no inclination to know the same too! All i can say is, eat a lot of tofu, cauliflower, potato and paneer.

We had a gala induction into the council for the interim teams.
There was a large projector and nice four large chocolate cakes. Was too good. The room was packed with everyone! I am sure they would be talking about it for a long time!
